We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant

Here you will play a key role in driving the adoption of AI and new ways of working across the engineering organization.

The assignment focuses on turning an AI strategy into practical change across the entire product development lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and shaping ideas to development, production and learning from customer feedback.

This is a role with a strong focus on influence, enablement and organizational change, rather than traditional project delivery.


We're looking for someone who can combine a strong engineering background with the ability to drive change across a larger organization.

This is an influence role, not a delivery role. Success is how widely and well new ways of working take hold, not what gets shipped.

Brings people with them: a strong capacity to encourage, motivate, and build real momentum behind new ways of working.
Collaborates broadly and naturally with EMs, PMs, Designers, and engineers across every area, not just one team.
Focuses on the whole product development lifecycle, idea to production to customer feedback.
Has a solid engineering background and a real understanding of developer experience and development principles.
Thinks like a product person as much as an engineer: understands product development, not just how to build software.

Someone senior enough to earn trust and move people across the organization from day one, not someone who needs ramp-up time to get there.
