Konsultuppdrag | Indirect Procurement Specialist

Independently executes qualified procurements of goods and services as well as follow-up and evaluation of deliveries/suppliers. The work is carried out in collaboration with the internal client, providing support/advice to employees in contract and procurement issues, and in the implementation of direct procurements and call-offs against framework agreements. Participate in working groups and participate in various investigative assignments on responsibility and procurement issues. Category manager is responsible for the Category as such.
The Indirect Procurement Specialist, IT Category, will primarily support the Indirect Procurement track within a task to support a strategic project. The role will establish and execute sourcing activities required to protect the carve-out timeline, support Day-1 readiness and prepare the future organisation for supplier mobilisation and delivery.
Main assignment: Indirect Procurement, IT Category
Perform an IT category and supplier-market scan covering the services and capabilities required by the programme.
Translate business, IT, architecture, security and transition requirements into practical sourcing strategies, supplier criteria and procurement plans.
Prepare, coordinate and issue LUF RFI, RFQ and RFP documentation with relevant business, IT, Legal, Security and Procurement stakeholders.
Plan and manage procurement milestones, dependencies and decisions in line with the integrated IT CVO roadmap.
Develop evaluation criteria, commercial models and scoring structures, and coordinate transparent supplier evaluations.
Support supplier shortlisting, clarification meetings, negotiations and commercial recommendations.
Coordinate contracting activities and support supplier onboarding, mobilisation and handover.
Maintain a consolidated view of supplier selection status, timeline, commercial assumptions, risks and decisions.
Provide procurement input to programme reporting, budget discussions and Steering Committee decision material.
Support coordination with the clients Indirect Procurement and the future company procurement organisation.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and create alignment between commercial, technical and business perspectives.
Strong analytical and structuring skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain transparency and auditability in procurement decisions.
Pragmatic, delivery-oriented and able to balance procurement quality, governance and compliance with programme deadlines and decision needs.
Able to prioritise, create structure and maintain momentum in a fast-changing environment with incomplete information and multiple dependencies.
Self-driven, collaborative and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary programme team.
High integrity and sound judgement when handling commercially sensitive and confidential information.
Relevant university or college degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, IT or equivalent professional experience.
