Participate in projects, accounting, project accounting, acquisition analyses, financial accounting, product calculation, investigations, internal audit, procurement of financial systems.

Act as Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the ERP implementation project.
Define and design the future finance operating model, including organization structure, roles and responsibilities.
Establish accounting policies, processes and internal controls for a standalone company environment.
Lead the design and implementation of finance processes within the new ERP solution.
Define requirements and participate in ERP vendor selection, solution design, testing and deployment.
Develop process documentation, role descriptions and ways of working for the future finance organization.
Support transition of accounting activities from current group service structure to in-house operations.
Drive process improvements and standardization across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
Act as Super User and key contact for finance-related ERP topics.
Support business users through training, knowledge transfer and change management activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal governance requirements.

Skills: Must Have

Extensive experience in financial accounting and reporting.
Strong knowledge of month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
Solid understanding of VAT, corporate taxation and statutory reporting.
Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger processes.
Experience with project accounting, fixed assets and investment accounting.
Hands-on experience as ERP Super User or Finance Systems Lead.
Extensive experience from ERP implementation, upgrade or transformation programs.

Documented experience from establishing or transforming finance organizations, including definition of finance processes, organizational structure, role descriptions, governance and internal controls

Process design and continuous improvement experience within finance functions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to operate independently in a changing and evolving environment.
Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Preferred

Experience establishing a finance function in a carve-out, stand-alone company or transformation environment.
Experience defining finance target operating models, governance structures and role frameworks.
Knowledge of K3 and IFRS reporting frameworks.
Experience from energy, infrastructure or asset-intensive industries.
Experience with AI-enabled finance processes and automation.
Experience in ERP selection processes (RFP, requirements definition, vendor evaluation).

Education:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
Additional education or certifications within ERP systems, finance transformation or project management are beneficial.
