One team member is currently on 50% sick leave, and the team needs to cover this gap. Ideally, they are looking for a 100% consultant, with the remaining 50% covering other tasks described in the job description.

Deep knowledge of project management as leader and team member. The project manager plans, leads, manages and coordinates projects.Coordinates and communicates tasks towards goals and expected benefits, according to the organization's guidelines and assignments. The project manager should be able to create a good working climate among the participants in the project, stimulate innovation, contribute to digital development and be comfortable in change management. Responsible for control of schedules, deliveries, contracts and costs. Experience of agile and traditional projects/ways of working.

DES organisation of BU Customers Nordic has the ambition to work agile. The manager of one of the teams is herself Agile Coach, believes in this way of working and sees benefits in working agile. She has support from her MT to introduce agile but limited believe of the teams that this works. To certain extend they started working agile but see needs for improvements.

Task - 50%

Coaching the DES-organisation of BU Customers Nordic, staring with one team and roll out agile way of working to the full organisation. A concept for introducing agile to development teams exists but needs to be adjusted to the need of this organisation. Focus of the coaching is

• create an understanding of the current organisation and their needs

• adjust the existing concept to the needs of this organisation and implement it,

  use learnings and parts of the concept being implemented in the B2C organisation

• work on mindset and soft parameters, ask clarifying questions/questions which turn people’s perspective

• set a framework and process for prioritisation

  (becomes more important because the organisation grows)

• coaching roles

• support super sprints

• sparring partner for management

• help the understand how to write user stories

Task - 50%
Coaching of Scrum Masters in IT together with an Agile coach of the A&PM team in NL

• Facilitation of workshops, project retrospectives and lessons learned session, change management tasks

Skills:

• experienced agile coach who has implemented it before in other organisations

• strong in working on process and in working on the mindset

• pro-active, taking initiative, driven

• excellent communication skills

• Swedish skills in writing and speaking

• English skills in writing and speaking (part of an international organisation)
