An established and profitable fintech scale-up is looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to help drive our mobile platform forward. Having recently achieved major regulatory milestones, we are navigating exciting technical challenges and expanding our product ecosystem.

We build lean. We don't scale by adding headcount; we scale by keeping the engineering bar exceptionally high. As a core member of our mobile team, you won't get lost in a massive organization—your decisions will directly shape our product and technical architecture.

What You'll Do

• Lead Mobile Development: Take ownership of our core iOS and Android applications, shipping high-quality features using React Native.

• Architecture & Scalability: Design modular components, clean abstractions, and scalable mobile architectures that improve developer experience.

• UI/UX Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product designers to implement highly polished, accessible, and responsive interfaces.

• API Integration: Connect mobile frontends with modern, data-driven backend APIs to ensure seamless performance.

• Experimentation & Optimization: Run feature flags, A/B tests, and iterations to optimize user engagement and retention.

• Quality & Mentorship: Maintain solid testing practices and mentor junior/mid-level peers to elevate the team's collective output.
