Job Title: Senior Business Demand Architect

We are looking for a Senior Business Demand Architect to support the sales business in Customers & Solutions, Region Nordic.
In this role, you will contribute to setting the regional digital strategy and defining future digital demands. You will work closely with business stakeholders and internal IT to develop digital capabilities and shape the future IT landscape.¨

A key part of the role is to lead and structure the end-to-end business demand process, including intake, analysis, prioritisation, and follow-up, and to translate business needs into clear IT requirements, value cases, and measurable outcomes.

You will also support transformation initiatives across business, process, data, and IT, helping drive the shift towards a fully digitalised organisation. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in change and transformation programs within a complex environment.

Your key activities
• Lead and develop the business demand process and governance, ensuring transparent intake, analysis, prioritisation and decision documentation across stakeholders.

Secure a holistic view of the IT landscape and demand portfolio and ensure it is future-proof and meets short- and long-term business needs in an effective way (functional, cost-effective and value-driven).
Use data and insights to identify business pain points and opportunities (e.g., customer behaviour, sales performance, process efficiency) and translate them into prioritised demands and improvement initiatives.

Capture, analyse and structure business needs and convert them into clear IT demand with defined scope, acceptance criteria, KPIs and expected business value.
Drive and support transformation projects by shaping target architecture and capabilities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring clear transition roadmaps, adoption and change impact considerations.
As Senior Business Demand Architect you participate in projects and new developments to secure the solutions fulfil the business needs and follow defined strategy and guiding principles from both business and IT.

Perform architectural reviews from a business and information perspective of new IT solutions with focus on overall strategy and principles, security and regulatory demands, data quality, and cost/value efficiency.
Maintain the overall documentation of the IT landscape for Region Nordic, including key information objects, interfaces and data flows that support reporting and analytics.
Work closely with our security and IT organisation to secure high level of information- and IT-security as well as regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR).



Skills: Ideal candidate

Who has minimum 10 years of relevant work experience. We believe you have good understanding of utility business processes and their IT capability needs. Moreover, you have strong communication skills and can communicate with different levels in the organisation. You know how to combine and balance stakeholders' interests and are not afraid to take decisions to ensure output is being realised. We believe that you are passionate about your work and enjoy being in an ever-changing environment.


Good understanding of the utility- and electricity business.
Experience from working in a large international company
Long experience of working with business demand management in a business context (intake, analysis, prioritisation, value cases and follow-up).• Strong analytical skills: experience defining KPIs/OKRs, building decision material based on data, and collaborating with BI/analytics teams (e.g., dashboards, reporting, data quality and insights).• Deep experience in business and IT architecture, covering both process, information and system view.
Understanding and experience of agile methods and way of working.

• Fluent in Swedish and English in written and spoken.
• Strong skills in Enterprise Architecture, experience in Solution/application architecture is not mandatory but a welcome “plus”.
Understanding of security regulations to ensure critical data is adequately protected, but at least confident in addressing security aspects into architecture work
Master's degree with 10 years of experience in IT
