Profile/Role: Solution Developer – Master Data Management
Expected years of experience: Level 3 (minimum 7+ years)
Language skills: English and Swedish mandatory
Utilization: 100%
Start date: 18-05-2026 or sooner if possible
End date: 14-05-2027
Location/remote availability: Flexible, 3 days per week in the office

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Developer to participate in the building of our new Master Data Management (MDM) platform. You will be part of a team building the operational MDM as well as the 3rd party system and source connectors.

Requirements:

Distributed Systems & Architecture

• Extensive experience building distributed systems, data platforms, or large scale microservice architectures

• Deep knowledge of event driven patterns and Apache Kafka

• Ability to translate technical designs into high integrity solutions

Software Engineering

• Strong software engineering capabilities

• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, TypeScript or similar languages

• Practical expertise in:

  • Microservices

  • Kubernetes

  • Infrastructure as code

  • CI/CD

  • API design

Cloud & Observability

• Experience with AWS or GCP

• Familiarity with observability tooling such as:

  • Grafana

  • Datadog

  • Prometheus

• OpenShift considered a valuable plus

Collaboration

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Comfortable leading discussions

• Experience contributing in agile, iterative environments
