We are seeking an experienced Interface Lead, IT Project Manager who possesses in-depth knowledge of SAP and Integration areas.
• Very good understanding of IT Projects and the project management methodologies, including planning of Go-live.
• Independent working, Good and clear communication skills, (oral and written)
• Proactive – driving topics and working independently
• Skilled on Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint…
• understanding of SAP Interfaces (Integration), technical aspects around it.
• DevOps knowledge and understanding of agile methods is nice to have

Role and Responsibilities:
• Ownership of all interface deliverables for a wave of developments
• Defining the scope together with other subprojects/workstreams, incl. ensuring intake process for interfaces is designed, communicated, and applied.
• Alignment and dependency management with project delivering the integration platform.
• proactive follow up and drive resolution of uncertainties, ensure schedule adherence
• Own Project deliverable with respect to completeness & correctness and sync to DevOps
• Risk & Issue management
• Maintain key Stream tasks (PI planning).
• Ensure that there is an efficient process to design and develop interfaces
• Maintain Project Status, gather input ad consolidate
• Coordinate approval processes (trigger, track, follow up, document)
• Coordinate meetings, meeting minutes / action items

Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Integration architect or an IT Integration project manager
• Strong understanding of different types of interfaces & integration requirements and development hereof
• Hands-on experience in deploying SAP solutions with energy industry preferable.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.

• Fluent in Swedish and English

Education:

Education in a IT related field is preferable, together with certificates and training in project management and SAP.
Sector knowledge is favourable but not mandatory.
