*Security vetting of the consultant will occur. Suppliers delivering consultants needs to be SUA approved for Nuclear. If suppliers is not SUA approved, this could work but will postpone the start date

Our client is looking for an experienced consultant focused on Omada Identity development and configuration. The consultant will implement workflows, connectors, policies, and lifecycle automation within Omada, support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver stable, production-ready configurations for our IAM platform.

Consultant archetype (what they need)
A hands-on IAM / Omada specialist with strong technical implementation skills. Experienced in configuring Omada modules, developing connectors, implementing request/approval flows, and ensuring correct provisioning, synchronization, and recertification behavior. Comfortable working closely with architects and operations teams.

Key responsibilities
•Configure and enhance Omada Identity modules (roles, policies, workflows, lifecycle)
•Implement and maintain connectors for AD/Entra ID and enterprise applications
•Support development and testing of provisioning, synchronization, and reconciliation jobs
•Develop request/approval workflows, forms, attribute mappings, and recertification logic
•Troubleshoot Omada operational issues (jobs, queues, provisioning errors)
•Maintain configuration documentation and support handover to operations
•Execute changes within ITSM processes (change, release, test artefacts)

Skills:

Must-have competences
•Hands-on Omada Identity implementation & configuration
•Connector development (AD/Entra ID, APIs, SQL-based systems)
•Workflow, form and policy configuration (requests, approvals, recertification)
•Solid understanding of provisioning concepts, identity lifecycle, SoD basics
•Experience in troubleshooting (logs, job failures, sync issues)
•MS SQL Server basics related to Omada configuration (queries, views, performance awareness) •Strong documentation and structured delivery approach

•English

Nice-to-have
•Experience with REST/PowerShell for custom connectors
•Familiarity with Azure services (Entra ID, Key Vault)
•Test automation experience in IAM environments
•ITIL® 4 Foundation or similar certifications
