We are seeking a senior consultant to our client with deep Omada Identity expertise to accelerate their Identity & Access Management capabilities. The consultant will design, implement and harden Omada-based solutions (roles, approvals, provisioning, recertification), including the architecture and implementation of the Omada SAP Connector, and hand over to our operations team. The engagement is hands-on and outcome-driven.

Consultant archetype (what they need)
A hands-on IAM architect with strong Omada Identity solution experience, owning design through build and optimization. Skilled in request/approval workflows, attestation/recertification, connector buildouts — especially SAP — and implementation of Omada and its MS SQL Server backend.

Key responsibilities
•Establish target and transition architectures
•Design and implement reusable patterns
•Architect and implement the Omada SAP Connector
•Implement/extend connectors for AD/Entra ID and selected business systems; configure approvals and recertifications
•Tune Omada performance (application & SQL) and apply platform hardening measures
•Deliver role-catalog hygiene, documentation and runbooks
•Work within ITSM change management; provide test and release artefacts

Skills:

Must-have competences
•Omada Identity solution architecture, role modelling, provisioning and attestation/recertification
•Hands-on SAP Connector architecture & implementation in Omada
•Integration design for AD/Entra ID and major enterprise systems; connector development and lifecycle orchestration
•MS SQL Server expertise in Omada contexts (operations, performance)
•Security & governance: least privilege, SoD, auditability; practical hardening & monitoring •DevSecOps mindset; clear documentation and knowledge transfer

•English

Nice-to-have
•Azure networking & Key Vault patterns for Omada ↔ Entra ID; micro-segmentation/DMZ
•Experience with IAM test automation in CI/CD pipelines
•Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL® 4 Foundation or equivalents)
