Private wealth management & Family office is a new business division that is aimed at wealthy private individuals. The offering to this segment is today highly driven by the personal relationship between the client and the banker and the physical meeting, but going forward we want to accelerate the digital offering towards these clients. You will play a key role in the start of this initiative and collaborate close with other competences, both business and tech towards a common goal.

About You

· You believe that research and insights are crucial to ensure that design delivers real value.

· You believe the best way to create user friendly products is to continuously iterate on your designs.

· You are comfortable leading and participating in user research, customer feedback, and testing to shape and refine experiences.

· You enjoy being part of a team that adapts to what’s needed to move the customer experience forward.

As a designer in our team, you will:

· Design UI and UX for digital banking, with strong attention to layout, interaction patterns, colours and typography.

· Team up with the Channel UX Lead on user research, creating user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and deliverables.

· Work closely with product owners, developers and other designers in an agile setup.

· Collaborate with our Design System team, ensuring consistency and accessibility across digital channels for private banking clients.

We are looking for someone with:

· Senior UI/UX design skills. Focus on UI.

· A strong ownership, problem-solving mindset, and hands-on approach.

· A minimum 5 years of experience designing interfaces for web, mobile and app.

· An education in human–computer interaction and design, or comparable experience gained through professional work.

· Highly proficiency in Figma

•Fluent in English, Swedish is a merit
