We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) workstream within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program at a utilities company. The Project Manager will support the Business Lead in driving the successful execution of the workstream across 10+ business units, working closely with business coordinators and EAM IT Lead.
In this role, you will coordinate efforts between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timeline, and budget. You will facilitate communication between the Business Lead, IT Lead, and relevant stakeholders, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA for EAM processes.


Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Business Lead in driving the EAM workstream within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Act as the key liaison between program management and the EAM workstream, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
• Oversee and actively support the engagement with 13 business units, coordinating with 4-5 business coordinators (responsible for one or more business units) to facilitate effective execution. As part of this being overall responsible for the aggregated workstream plan.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Work closely with the IT Lead to align business requirements with IT delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to program leadership and business stakeholders.
Skills: • Strong project management experience, preferably within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), particularly in the utilities sector, is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP EAM and business process transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both business and IT teams.
• Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
