We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to our client who shall lead the Network Technology Foundation Project, a critical part of a broader network transformation program.

The project includes delivery of:
• SD-WAN – scalable connectivity for sites and cloud
• SD-Access – secure, identity-based LAN
• Secure Service Edge – enforcing Zero Trust network access
• Dot1x rollout – enabling identity-aware network control

The PM is accountable for overall delivery, coordinating across workstreams, resolving cross-cutting issues, and managing stakeholder alignment. While rollout execution is supported by stream-level coordinators, the PM ensures that integration, planning, and readiness across the project are
delivered successfully. A key focus is ensuring the operational organization is ready to take ownership of delivered solutions. The PM must secure accepted handover and knowledge transfer to operations. The project has its own operational steering group and is part of a wider program. The PM reports progress, risks, and decisions to both project and program governance structures to ensure full alignment.

Responsibilities
• Own the delivery of the Network Technology Foundation project, reporting into the wider transformation program.
• Lead the rollout of the Secure Service Edge (SSE) capabilities, aligned with Zero Trust architecture principles.
• Coordinate interdependencies between SSE, SD-WAN, SD-Access, and Dot1x to ensure sequencing and readiness.
• Work closely with stream coordinators for SD-WAN and SD-Access rollouts to ensure joint delivery is aligned.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and handover to network operations, security, and architecture teams, and take responsibility for tracking prerequisites, rollout readiness, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with our client's IT process framework, including relevant governance, delivery models and decision checkpoints.
• Oversee the Dot1x rollout as a security baseline to enable identity-aware access across the estate.

• Ensure delivery is consistent with and approved by IT Security guidelines, architectural blueprints, and business expectations.
• Track and manage project plans, resource allocations, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide regular updates to the program team, steering forums, and senior stakeholders.
• Support supplier coordination and delivery alignment (e.g., Cisco, Skyhigh integrators).
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer into operational teams
Skills: At least 8+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure or network-related projects

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams within a program setting
• Direct involvement in network access control, security framework rollouts, or Zero Trust
initiatives
• Familiarity with rollouts involving operational network teams, especially across multiple sites
or regions


Strong capability to handle:

-Business-IT alignment and stakeholder communication Solid conceptual understanding of modern network architecture and access control

• Familiar with Zero Trust principles, identity-based access, and software-defined networking
• Able to confidently coordinate planning and delivery with technical leads and architects
Keywords:

University degree in IT or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience
is equally valued.
Project management certification is considered a plus, but not a requirement.
