The Team

The team’s mission is to automate and orchestrate technical systems at scale. We enable internal teams to manage thousands of servers with high reliability and minimal manual intervention.

We build the tools that make this possible—from system provisioning to monitoring large, distributed environments. Our goal is to create stable, efficient, and transparent platforms that are easy to operate and evolve. The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. With a broad background in software development, you will drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural and strategic discussions regarding how our systems should scale and evolve.

Your daily work will involve:

• Writing high-quality code and improving our platform.

• Solving the unique challenge of orchestrating thousands of servers (where most companies only handle a few).

• Developing tools for automated releases, test environments, and large-scale deployment flows used across the entire organization.

• Solving complex technical problems that span both software and hardware.

What we are looking for:

• Backend Development: Strong experience in Python.

• Orchestration: Experience building or working with Kubernetes platforms.

• Environment: Several years of experience in Linux environments.

• Cloud & Distributed Systems: Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-based and distributed systems.

• System Design: A solid understanding of large-scale systems and how various components integrate.

• Collaboration: A strong focus on teamwork, with the ability to coach team members and share knowledge.

Priority Skills: Linux, Kubernetes, Networking, and Python.

Technical Environment & Workflow

• Scale: Kubernetes platform with thousands of clusters.

• Stack: Python for backend and application development in Linux-based environments.

• Collaboration: Weekly sessions with pair and mob programming.

• Agile: Regular demos for internal stakeholders for early feedback.

• Speed: Pull requests shared in team chat channels for rapid review loops.

• Culture: Technical decisions are discussed collectively in mob sessions.

• Operations: A dedicated third-line support schedule for operational reliability.
