About the Role

As a Test Manager, you will coordinate end-to-end testing activities to ensure high-quality delivery. This includes E2E integration, external testing, and non-functional testing, using appropriate methodologies and tools. You will oversee risk, issue, and defect management, while supporting feature teams with test planning, test data preparation, and promoting the overall test strategy, including test automation.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end, integration, external, and non-functional testing activities

• Prepare and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and status reports in Xray

• Support development teams in establishing effective ways of working across different testing phases

• Assist feature teams with test planning and test data preparation

• Promote and support the implementation of the overall test strategy, including test automation

• Collaborate with other Test Managers and the Test Management team to drive testing excellence

• Ensure adherence to established processes, while identifying opportunities for improvements and new testing solutions

• End-to-end coordination and delivery of testing activities supporting the Poland Elixir Payments Transformation Programme and Payments Roadmap

  About the Candidate

  • Experience in banking sector testing is mandatory, with a strong understanding of regulatory and operational requirements

  • Payment domain knowledge is a plus

  • Proven project management and large-scale test coordination skills to deliver complex programmes successfully

  • Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership
