About the Role

The Product Owner (PO) for Developer Experiences Test Art. Will play a pivotal role in enhancing the developer journey by focusing on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of testing frameworks, tools, and processes. This position is integral to the ongoing transformation towards modern software development practices, ensuring that developers are empowered to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Vision and Roadmap: Define and communicate the vision for developer testing experiences within , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Backlog Management: Own and prioritise the product backlog for test art initiatives, balancing business needs, technical requirements, and developer feedback.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights for continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Drive the adoption of modern testing practices and tools, promoting automation, reliability, and scalability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Release Planning: Coordinate releases and ensure that new solutions and enhancements are effectively rolled out and adopted by developer teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators and developer satisfaction, using data to guide iterative improvements.
• Documentation and Communication: Ensure clear documentation of testing frameworks, guidelines, and best practices, and communicate updates effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

• A clear and prioritized backlog for developer experience test art initiatives.
• Regularly updated roadmap aligned with their strategic objectives.
• Measurable improvements in developer satisfaction and testing efficiency.
• Comprehensive documentation and training materials for developers.

About the candidate:

• Experience in agile product ownership, preferably within developer tooling or test automation environments.
• Strong understanding of modern software development and testing practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable initiatives.
• Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
