Location: Solna (Stockholm). Office policy = 3days on site, 2days remote per week.

Our client is looking for a skilled AI and Azure Developer for a project requiring deep AI domain expertise. 

• AI Solution Development:

  Build advanced AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, including prompt flows, RAG pipelines, vector search, orchestration, and conversational AI. Implement Copilot Studio agents with custom actions, triggers, and connectors.

• Backend Engineering:

  Develop Azure‑based backend services using technologies such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Event Grid, Service Bus, Key Vault, Managed Identity, and API Management.

• Integrations with Enterprise Platforms:

  Design and implement robust integrations with:

  • ServiceNow (ITSM/CMDB/KB/workflows)

  • SAP (OData APIs, ERP workflows, and SAP Integration Suite patterns)

  • BMC Helix (ITSM use cases, HelixGPT patterns, ticket automations)

  Build connectors or adapters where no native integration exists.

• Automation & Workflows:

  Use Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure services to automate ITSM flows, ticket lifecycles, approval processes, or SAP‑linked business activities.

• Data, RAG & Knowledge Solutions:

  Implement retrieval‑augmented generation solutions using Azure AI Search. Create indexing pipelines, metadata strategies, embeddings, and guardrails that ensure accurate, safe answers from internal knowledge bases.

• Security & Compliance:

  Apply enterprise governance, data classification, security-by-design, and responsible AI practices. Ensure solutions follow RBAC, secret management (Key Vault), and logging/monitoring standards.

• Operations & Reliability:

  Implement monitoring, performance tracking, and cost controls using Application Insights, Kusto, dashboards, and automation. Produce documentation, runbooks, and support patterns for production readiness.

Skills:

• Strong experience developing in Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Event Grid, Key Vault, Managed Identity, API Management).

• Hands-on work with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI models, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

• Practical experience building agents or AI workflows using Copilot Studio.

• Solid understanding of RAG architectures, retrieval optimization, and prompt evaluation.

• Experience integrating with ServiceNow, SAP, and/or BMC Helix—whether via APIs, custom connectors, middleware, or Power Platform.

• Proficiency in C# or Python, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint content integration, and data governance principles.

• Knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, change, request, KB) is a strong plus.
