About the Role:
You will be a key member of our innovative and dedicated team at one of the leading Nordic financial institutions. Working alongside our performance test specialists, you will deliver performance testing solutions to ensure the quality and resilience of critical applications. You will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, performing tests, guiding teams to interpret results, and helping identify effective solutions.

This role is part of a 5-person team, where 2 team members will share performance testing responsibilities. The position is covering maternity leave, so the ability to onboard quickly is essential. Being in the office is preferable to facilitate collaboration.

We are looking for someone social, communicative, and expressive - able to explain complex topics patiently and guide stakeholders through performance testing possibilities. More important than years of experience is having the right personality, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Kravspecifikation:

Required Skillset:

• Hands-on, independent experience in performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, and Locust.

• Strong ability to design, execute, and analyze load and stress tests across various systems.

• Experience in performance testing of message-based flows (e.g., MQ), traditional web applications, and API-driven services.

• Ability to translate performance needs into clear, actionable testing approaches for teams.

• Skilled at communicating complex findings clearly and structured, and guiding multiple stakeholders through results and recommendations.

• Proactive and confident, able to take ownership of performance assignments.

• Independently manage end-to-end performance testing activities.

• Help teams identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

• Contribute insights to refine and enhance the performance testing strategy.
