Where You Will Contribute

Medoma’s product strategy focuses on fully synchronized workflows powered by smart algorithms and AI, onboarding new customers, building lovable UX, and expanding integrations with systems across the healthcare ecosystem.

As this role is specifically for backend development, you will mainly contribute to:

• The core of Medoma’s platform is event sourced and built in F#.

• Work includes domain modelling, functional design, and building robust, scalable services.

• System functionality, UX, architecture, and code design are done collaboratively as a team.

• Their deployment pipelines use IaC, Git, and Azure.

While the primary focus is backend/F#, Medoma appreciates individuals who are curious and comfortable contributing across domains when needed.

Interview Process

The recruitment process will typically include the following steps:

1. Screening interview with Senterprise - an initial conversation to understand your background, experience, and motivation for the role.
2. Meet & Greet with the hiring manager - an introduction to the team, the role, and how Medoma works.
3. Technical interview with two members of the engineering team - a deep dive into your technical skills, problem-solving approach, and familiarity with functional programming and F#.
4. Final interview with the CPO and CEO - a discussion focusing on culture, impact, and Medoma’s long-term vision.
