Our bank client is looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital solutions and enjoys working in an agile team environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to design and improve our client´s internal digital experiences, including the Intranet.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback.

- Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma and our design system.

- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, design reviews, and continuously improve ways of working.

Qualifications:

- Proven 3 year experience as a UX Designer with strong problem solving skills.

- Proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.

- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
