About the assignment:

We are looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Developer to support the modernization of our HR Online platform. The role focuses on improving integration with SaaS solutions, upgrading existing systems, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to the internal team. You will be involved in both technical analysis and hands-on implementation, particularly across modules such as Compensation, Time & Absence, and Learning.

The team is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, but the role can be performed remotely from another country. Occasional travel to Vilnius may be required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with PeopleSoft, including:
  

  - Design and development within Compensation, Time & Absence, and Learning modules

  - PeopleCode

  - JavaScript

  - SQL

  - Application Packages

  - Integration Broker Services

  - Elastic and service integration
  

• Experience in integration design and implementation
• Strong skills in technical analysis and solution delivery
• Ability to share knowledge and collaborate with internal teams
