About the assignment:

Our client is migrating its current on-premise Workforce Management solution to a cloud-based SaaS platform hosted on AWS. This transformation also involves building and managing integrations with multiple core systems within our client, while ensuring secure and reliable data flows to our Clients GCP environment.

As a resource, you will:

• Join during the project’s early execution phase and contribute to the setup and implementation.
• Collaborate with the Clients internal agile team, which currently maintains the on-prem solution.
• Translate an existing architectural design into actionable technical solutions and implementations.
• Drive the development of integrations with core systems such as HR, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.
• Work closely with internal solution architects, external specialists, stakeholders, and end users.

You will be entering a well-prepared environment where planning, architecture, and vendor engagement are already in place. However, your ability to take initiative, solve problems, and lead technical efforts will be key to success.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Good understanding of other cloud platforms such as AWS
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform
• Familiarity with automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Working knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including SAML and JWT
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  
  

Meritorious qualifications:

• Working knowledge of GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Run, and DataForm
• Previous experience working in cloud-native environments or with data platform solutions
• Experience from regulated industries or large-scale enterprise environments
• Swedish language proficiency
