About the assignment:

Our Client is migrating its current on-premise Workforce Management solution to a cloud-based SaaS platform hosted on AWS. This transformation also involves building and managing integrations with multiple core systems within our Client, while ensuring secure and reliable data flows to Clients GCP environment.

As a consultant, you will:

• Join during the project’s early execution phase and contribute to the setup and implementation.
• Collaborate with internal agile team, which currently maintains the on-prem solution.
• Translate an existing architectural design into actionable technical solutions and implementations.
• Drive the development of integrations with core systems such as HR, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.
• Work closely with internal solution architects, external specialists, stakeholders, and end users.

You will be entering a well-prepared environment where planning, architecture, and vendor engagement are already in place. However, your ability to take initiative, solve problems, and lead technical efforts will be key to success.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in .NET Core development
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with authentication mechanisms, including SAML authentication (SAML Auth) and JWT
• Experience with cloud migration projects (on-prem to cloud) and working with platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Ability to translate architectural documentation into technical solutions and implement system integrations in enterprise environments

Meritorious qualifications:

• Previous experience with transformation projects (on-prem to SaaS/cloud)
• Background in the financial sector
• Familiarity with agile working methods, especially SAFe and PI plannining
• Swedish language proficiency
